On Monday, November 15th, President Biden will sign the landmark, Bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law. The Infrastructure bill contains $25 Billion in funding for Aviation Infrastructure and Airports over the next 5 years.
The GBAIC has been instrumental in ensuring that Aviation Infrastructure is included in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Notably, $5 Billion has been set aside for FAA F&E that is intended to modernize aging safety critical infrastructure, including Navigation and Surveillance Systems.
